Open the free app, choose a design or type your words, or press the remote.

How long does delivery take?
Free tracked shipping to the US, UK, Canada, Australia and the EU. Orders ship within 3 business days and arrive 7 to 12 days later. Order by December 8 to have it before Christmas: an order placed that day arrives by December 23. You get a tracking link by email.
Does it look like the videos I've seen online?
It looks like the pictures on this page: bright, moving pixel art made of 512 separate dots, 32 across and 16 down, drawn at the real size. It is not a sharp, photo-like screen.
How big is it, and will it fit?
One size: 3.2 x 1.6 m (10.5 x 5.2 ft). It suits a fence, a hedge, a porch railing or a garage wall up to about 3.5 m. Wider than that, take two: side by side they make 6.4 m. For a balcony railing or a window, Curtain Lights fit better.
Is it waterproof? Can it stay outside?
Yes. It is waterproof, rated IP65, so rain and snow are fine and it can stay up all season. If you need an extension cord outside, use one rated for outdoor use.
How do I hang it?
Lay it flat against a fence, a hedge or a railing and fix the corners and the top edge with cable ties or small hooks. No drilling into the house.
How is it powered?
By USB (5 V). Plug it into a USB wall charger, like the one for your phone, or into a power bank. The charger is not included.
How do I change the picture?
With the free app for iPhone and Android, which connects over Bluetooth, or with the remote in the box. Stay within a few meters of the net when you change it with your phone.
Can I write my own words?
Yes. Type a name or a message in the app and it scrolls across: five letters fit on screen at once. You can also draw your own picture dot by dot.
Can it move to music?
Yes. In music mode the lights move to the music on your phone.
Curtain Lights or the XL net?
Curtain Lights is a square curtain (2 x 2 m or 3 x 3 m, 400 LEDs) and hangs down from a railing or a curtain rod. The XL net is wide (3.2 x 1.6 m, 512 LEDs) and lies flat on a fence, a hedge or a porch front.
What if it arrives damaged or doesn't light up?
Send us a photo or a short video and we send a replacement free. You don't pay for a faulty net.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days if it is unused and in the original box. See the refund policy for the steps.
